Technical specifications, operational sizing, effluent compliance parameters, and automation details for residential, commercial, and industrial water systems.
Selection depends on raw water source and intended application: For borewell water with red stains and metallic odor, our Iron Removal Plant (IRP) is ideal; for high TDS, salty water or commercial drinking, choose our Commercial/Industrial RO Plant; for manufacturing discharge compliance, our ETP; for building sewage, our STP; for fish farming, our Biofloc RAS; for farm drip lines, our Agricultural Filter; and for dialysis/hospitals, our DM Plant.
Our heavy-duty catalytic IRP vessels can successfully treat raw groundwater containing up to 15 to 20 ppm (mg/L) of dissolved iron, bringing it safely down to below 0.1 ppm, well below the permissible BIS limit of 0.3 ppm.
Our commercial RO systems (ranging from 250 LPH to 50,000 LPH) utilize high-rejection Thin-Film Composite (TFC) polyamide membranes from Dow Filmtec and Hydranautics. They feature integrated multi-media pre-filtration, automated antiscalant chemical dosing, and micron cartridge polishing to operate reliably on feed water with TDS up to 3,000–5,000 ppm.
Our turnkey industrial ETPs utilize chemical coagulation, flocculation, aeration, and secondary clarification to reduce BOD to < 30 mg/L, COD to < 250 mg/L, TSS to < 50 mg/L, and neutralize pH to 6.5–8.5, ensuring 100% compliant discharge meeting State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) and CPCB norms.
Our packaged STPs utilize advanced Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) technology paired with diffuse aeration and tertiary ozonation/chlorination. The continuous aerobic biological digestion prevents septic anaerobic gas formation (H₂S), ensuring 100% odor-free operation suitable for installation in basements or landscaped gardens.
Yes, absolutely. By combining biological treatment with dual-media pressure sand filtration, activated carbon polishing, and UV/chlorine disinfection, our Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP) recycle up to 80–90% of gray and black water for toilet flushing, landscaping, and HVAC cooling towers, cutting municipal tanker costs substantially.
We recommend activated AFM glass media instead of traditional silica sand. Glass media filters down to 1–5 microns (compared to 25 microns for sand), eliminates bio-fouling inside the filter bed, reduces chlorine consumption by up to 50%, and completely eliminates chloramine eye and skin sting for swimmers.
Our aquaculture installations integrate heavy-duty continuous-duty regenerative blowers, micro-porous aeration diffuser tubing, and specialized bio-media skids. This ensures a constant Dissolved Oxygen (DO) level above 5.5–6.0 mg/L, providing ideal microbial conditions for heterotrophic bacteria to convert toxic ammonia into high-protein microbial biofloc.
Hydrocyclone separators use centrifugal force to spin incoming high-velocity river or well water, separating heavy sand, silt, and grit (up to 98% of 200+ mesh particles) into an underflow chamber. Downstream automatic disc filters catch fine organic matter, eliminating clogged micro-irrigation nozzles across large acreage.
Our two-pass clinical RO and dual-column ion-exchange Demineralization (DM) skids consistently deliver ultra-pure water with electrical conductivity below 0.1 to 1.0 µS/cm, total dissolved solids < 1 ppm, and endotoxin levels conforming strictly to European and AAMI hemodialysis standards.
Yes. While we provide reliable multi-port manual valves as a standard economical option, all our residential, commercial, and industrial FRP vessels can be equipped with fully automated digital timer or flow-metered multiport heads that backwash and rinse the media automatically at designated intervals without manual human effort.
Standard residential and light commercial units (up to 2,000 LPH) are usually installed within 24 to 48 hours from order confirmation. Medium to large industrial turnkey plants (ETP, STP, RO over 10 KLD) typically take 15 to 30 days for custom engineering fabrication, site civil integration, piping manifolding, and wet commissioning.
